Why Use Spent Grains?
Did you know that millions of tons of brewer's spent grains are created globally every year? Sadly, because these grains are heavy, wet, and difficult to transport, millions of tons are discarded in landfills. This is a massive challenge, especially for small, local breweries. We are doing our part to help. We rescue these grains and give them a second life, harnessing their incredible nutrients to bake fresh breads and treats."
